Wellness coaching effectively guides those struggling with stress, be it at work or home. Coaching equips individuals to cope with all of life’s transitions in health, family, career, relationship, or finances. Through the use of the Circle of Life Health and Wellness Coaching, Kathleen utilizes over 30 years of nursing experience, Emotional Fitness coach training, and Clinical Hypnosis training to help you move toward overall health and wellness.
Think of Kathleen as your team mate; helping you design the future you seek, and encouraging you to allow yourself to find the path that gets you there. Without over-analysis or judgement, we’ll shift the focus onto strengths and goals, not problems. Together we’ll clarify and skilfully approach your aspirations to organize them into “doable action steps” to shift your life forward. Learning through your growth, we will celebrate your victories together as you savour the life you’re living and all that is to come.

How does it work?
You decide what you want to improve or change in your life through a step by step guided process.
Your Progress is made in Six Phases:
Phase 1: Assess 12 areas of your life.
Identify and Acknowledge your strengths
Phase 2: Clarify -“Direction and Goals”
Phase 3: Design your “Blueprint for Change” for success
Phase 4: Create a practical step-by-step action plan that works for you
Phase 5: Get support from your coach, or group members. Tap into your Inner Guidance. Take action.
Phase 6: Accountability, celebrate victories, learn & revise what is not working for you.
4-10 people meet in a custom designed series of sessions.
Each member works on individual goals while supporting the other members.
Generally, individual clients are coached
once a week or twice a month.
